And here we are, back in Lisboa, after the Slovenia tour. The tour was very enjoyable, and useful, too, for future sales of Magic Adventure, hopefully. Every day we did a workshop consisting of ´a 45-minute talk by the author´(me) and then an hour´s practical workshop with lots of activity to show what teachers can do with the course (by a lady called Mateja Todorovski, a Slovenian primary teacher who has been commenting on the drafts of the manuscript while Niki and I were writing). The first seminar was for 150 teachers, the 2nd for about 60 and the 3rd for about 180! Just to give you an impression of how this worked, here´s two clips of Mateja doing an exercise with numbers 1-10. And yes, just in case you were wondering: 99.5 of primary teachers are ... women.
