Today saw Yarrow and me spending the afternoon together - Yarrow keen to finish her mowing of the lawns. We ended up lounging in the pool having chats while we bobbed around and cleaned the pool. It was a lovely sunny day with a slight breeze coming in from the ocean. A far cry from Northern Queensland where people are preparing for a hurricane and battening down the hatches. Promise, Duchess and Samson took the opportunity to munch away on freshly mown grass that had blown into their paddocks from under the fences. Oh, and we admired the pumpkins that are starting to grow!
