Another Dutch treat, and a new experience for Niki, was the Zuurkool dish Bertie prepared for us. A sustaining meal in wintry weather, it was enjoyed immensely and subsequently led to Niki buying a cookbook with Dutch recipes ... scrumptious times ahead!
