Kilworth house

Today we had lunch, with Peter and Ann and auntie Jane, at Kilworth House, one of the many stately homes in England that have been converted into hotels and restaurants. Situated in beautiful surroundings, among rolling hills of yellow koolzaad (or, in English, oilseed rape) we enjoyed the unusual 26-degree spring day with a glass of wine and lovely food (although the waiters, according to some of the company present, did need a bit more training to explain to customers the menu they were offering...)
