The other night Niki and I drove to Ballina to pick up Anjès from her work at the Italian restaurant. We were served by her and she did an excellent job! As you know, she´s also doing an apprenticeship in Patisserie baking with the Patisserie chef of the Eltham hotel, Julie, and she was asked a few days ago whether she would be willing to take on Julie´s job while they were on holidays - quite an honour to be asked to do so this quickly! She´s also registered for a chocolate making / desert making course in Melbourne at the end of the month when she´ll be visiting Toby. Go, Anjès!
