Small steps...

Have you ever been happy that you could voluntarily move your nostrils? Well, it´s an interesting experience - this morning I noticed, when I woke up, that I could and realised that I hadn´t been able to for a few weeks (due to BP): one side of my nose would, the other wouldn´t. A small step for a man, a giant leap for, erm, me and my nose ...

Other steps ...

• raising my left eyebrow somewhat (independent of the other one)
  

• re-inventing the wrinkles above said eyebrow

• curling up (rather than down) the left side of my mouth

Closing my left eyelid independent of the other one is still a way away, methinks ... Also, haven´t managed wiggling my ear yet - oh hold on, I couldn´t do that anyway ...
