Where Monday was spent with Yarrow (and her friend Jamie) in Currumbin, Tuesday Tess and I spent a planned get-together, pleasantly 'loitering' on the back deck, painting. Tess worked in watercolours, and I set up a new painting in oils. We both enjoyed just working with the paints, each to our own medium of preference, chatting, but also just being in each other's company, doing something we both really like. The weather was summery and we had a nice quiet time of it.
