This weekend was the first weekend that Tess was allowed of hospital to spend time with her family - on Saturday Niki and I took her to see a movie (about vampires and werewolves ...) and afterwards for lunch in the Trattoria next door, which was lovely. On Sunday she was able to spend the day - between after breakfast and before dinner- at the Grange, with Mieke and John, and they went to Rocky Creek Dam for a spring picnic. It was a very sunny day so that excursion, too, was a great success.
Yarrow, in the meantime, had flown down to Newcastle to spend two days with the Mrs Campbells, Oceane and Sarah. She, too, came back from her tripette with lots of stories and good experiences.
