Our neighbour Bruce is one of those rare tradesmen (' tradies' as people call them here), who start work on time, do it within an agreed timeframe, don't overcharge, don't stop because it is 'beer o'clock' and keep going despite rain. A rare breed indeed. Some more piccies to keep you abreast of the progress.
