Planting

Earlier this week we bought six rain forest trees and this weekend we finally got round to planting them - most along the driveway, creating a nice passage from road to house; others in the shade of the canopy of the Moreton Bay Fig. A White Cedar (Melia azederach), a Red Cedar (Toona australia), a Cheese Tree (Glochydian ferdinandii), a Water Gum (Waterhousia floribunda) and a Doroughby (Syzygium mooreii), as well as a Finger Lime. Hopefully they´ll all grow into sturdy and healthy trees... The Lady Gardeners also had heaps of fun clearing the paths and driving up and down the property on the ride-on and in the trailor...
